Garden Court Community Association hosts 90th Birthday Party for Board Member, Hazel Singleton!

Some of 30 people - Hazel's family and GCCA members - who attended, including GCCA Board Member Howard Lowell (near the back next to the left door frame) who organized the November 12th event.

Hazel Singleton, longtime GCCA Hospitality Chair (as well as other positions), and President Emeritus Angela Dowd-Burton, who graciously hosted this GCCA celebration at her home.
