Please attend important hearing about 4614 Spruce Street!!
Here's the background....
Kenneth Jacobs, last Annual Meeting’s speaker and GCCA Zoning Chair, was unrelenting in getting Licenses and Inspection ( L& I ) to come out 8 times in 2025 to observe the many violations - some deemed unsafe - in the construction at 4614 Spruce Street. (Just some of the violation examples: not maintaining a clean and safe worksite, not using an engineer, not following permits - e.g., using wood instead of structural steel.)

Kenneth Jacobs worked closely with Councilwoman Jamie Gauthier’s office. The work paid off: L & I issued a stop construction order!
But the Contractor has appealed!
