Community Meeting on Proposed Development at 4900 Spruce Street

There is a meeting concerning the proposed development at 4900 Spruce Street scheduled for Wednesday August 10 at The Enterprise Center. Set time for the discussion is 6:30pm. The owner of this site, (current owner of The Croydon Apartments - West Village Group), are proposing a multistory, (8 floor), apartment complex housing 160 units. There would be retail on the area facing Spruce Street and 44 parking slots at the base of the building. Concerned and interested residents are encouraged to come out and voice your opinion(s) about this proposal. The Enterprise Center is located at 4548 Market Street. Time is set at 6:30 for discussion.
