Integral to revitalization of the Garden Court business district are the plans to build a Culinary Enterprise Center in the old Food Rite grocery store on 48th Street between Pine and Spruce.
This article highlights some of the work of the GCCA to improve your neighborhood, including creating the tennis courts and community garden at 47th and Spruce, and ongoing work to improve the business district.
